Malaysia formation shall be in unrevised form. Please advise the peoples of North Borneo[Sabah] and Sarawak that, the formation of Malaysia shall be in unrevised form, to avoid internal colonization occured in Malaysia. When Brunei reject to participate in this formation therefore, the proposed federation of Malaysia shall be officially dissolved forever. Then, new name shall be used if all parties agreed to continue the formation. The federation of Malaya shall not change its name to become federation of Malaysia because the formation shall be in unrevised form. Note: This document was been prepared under the War-Free Zone system.
